Real Estate Investment Training
Education to invest in Real Estate needs to be based on solid information and content, experience, and practical application.  It's just the way we learn.  My 12 week training program offers a tried and tested method to achieve your real estate investing goals, enabling you to experience the courses that offer the best personal learning program.  With the specific 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring, you will learn current "how-to" real estate investment concepts and strategies to apply in the real world. Additionally, having an experienced mentor to be there to support you as you put your education into action is an invaluable asset to any education.

This comprehensive study program is compiled by a team of select subject matter experts and professional university curriculum designers, this audio training course series offers vital information for Real Estate success.  Each complete module will require 2 - 3 hours per week of study, coupled with a two-hour, 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring session each week.  The last 3 weeks are full, two hour, 1 on 1 coaching sessions flexible and tailored to your individual needs and interested topics.  Practical educational experiences and In The Field (ITF©) trainings include Foreclosure and Tax Auctions, property tours and site visits, and other events.

1 on 1 Personal Coaching - $649
Imagine being coached by a seasoned real estate investing professional who will work with you to customize the right curriculum for you on the topics you decide.  You will work hand in hand, with someone who's had the successes and made the mistakes that you can learn from.  Enjoy the power of personal mentoring on the real estate investing topics that fit YOUR preferences.  Do you just want to learn Foreclosures?  How to structure and write Subject To contracts and Investor Addendums?  How to raise private money for real estate or business projects?  Or need one on one attention to fill in all the gaps of book knowledge with real world experience?

Individual Coaching sessions are flexible, usually one, two hour meeting each week for 5 weeks.  Sessions are In The Field (ITF©), by phone, and email.  Topics will vary according to your specific needs.

All students receive the ITF Texas Contract Pak, which includes real world examples and forms you need to implement these strategies.  These are the actual forms that I use on all my real estate transactions here in Texas.

 

Self Directed Retirement Account Consulting - $749
This package is a start-to-finish retainer that includes all consulting visits, administrative and account setup, forms and related contracts you need to create or roll over an existing IRA or old 401k so that you can invest in Real Estate or a business.
